Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your INMO XR glasses, charging cables, and accessories in the original box to ensure the delicate optics are protected during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset the internal software, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
